As a climber and a Certified Nutrition Specialist, I bring a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise to the table. Having overcome my own struggles with an eating disorder and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDS) both as a ballet dancer and a climber, I understand the challenges you face.
